About Me
My professional work began while still a student in Atlanta, GA. Booking my first 5-page editorial in Atlanta allowed me to secure representation in New York. New York proved to be a very competitive market.
After a year in New York, my agency sent me to South Africa to build my portfolio in order to compete with the talent in NYC.
The move abroad turned out to also be a good career move. I did exceedingly well in South Africa. While there I appeared in editorials for French Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan South Africa, among others. My tears from South Africa led to representation in London. I was honored to walk the runways of London Fashion Week, landing a number of editorials in the fashion capital, and appearing in commercials for MTV Europe. My tears from London and South Africa led to agency representation in Paris. However, as a Size 4 model, working in the Size 2 Paris high-fashion market was challenging. The garments simply didnt fit.
I returned home to NY with a stronger book and a wealth of experience. I have since relocated to DC and continue to model in the DC & NY markets.
